Basic Rate Information
If you are planning
your first trip to The Berkshires and are not sure of the lay of the
land, give us a call and we’ll help. There is much to do and see and
you can become overwhelmed.
If we cannot accommodate you here for dinner or a room,
we’ll be happy to steer you in the correct direction.
The high season is
usually the most sought after time for travel. Summer Rates range between
$135/night in a small room
with one double bed
to a very large two room suite w/bath and 1/2, and two seating areas,
queen bed and two twin pullout sofabeds, at $250.00/night for two. Mid
price rooms are $180/night.
Our ‘off season’
weekend rates begin at $120 per night and start at $100 per night
weekdays.
Some of the summer
weekends fill faster than others, specifically, the 4th of
July weekend, Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, and Camp visiting
weekend. Other busy
weekends may be determined by local cultural event popularity.
Foliage season and
the winter ski months round out the busy times of the year, with March
and April slowing down before the spring season.
Special rates apply for New Year’s Eve
celebration.

Taxes and
gratuities not included. Rates are single or double occupancy. There is
a $20.00/night per guest charge for extra people in a room, except in
the winter time. All rates include Continental breakfast
weekdays and full breakfast weekends.
Reservation
and Cancellation Policy
Fifty percent of the value of a stay
or one night's minimum deposit is required to
guarantee a reservation. The deposit applies to the last night of the
scheduled reservation and may be made by check or by credit card, which
will be processed the day the reservation is made. Rates reflect single
or double occupancy. There is a charge of $20.00 per night for each
additional person sharing a room. Check in begins at 3 PM and check out
is by 11 AM.
The Inn requires all cancellations be
made at least 21 days before your scheduled visit, at which time your
deposit will be returned to you, less a $25.00 service fee per room. If
you are forced to cancel without 21 days grace, we will issue a house
credit for your deposit, less a $25.00 service fee per room for a
future stay within 12 months of your original date of arrival. If you
cancel with three or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date,
you will forfeit your deposit. If you shorten your stay by arriving
late or leaving early, you are still responsible for the entire cost of
your full reservation.
Sorry,
we cannot allow pets to stay at The Inn.
